EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

MERAKE SDN. BHD. Co. registered no. 825140-W (hereafter referred to as “MSB” or
“the Company”) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act. 2965.

The Company has an authorized share capital of RM100,000 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, issued and paid up share capital of RM750,000 comprising 750,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

The principal activities of the Company are Breeding and Supplying Leech. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these activities of the company.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

P. RAVICHANDRAN is the Director and the founder of Merake Sdn Bhd. He was appointed to the Board of MSB since the date of incorporation. His strong business acumen is backed by his vast and extensive experience in various business sectors including Breeding Leech and trading in Leech industry.
Our mission here is to guide and in achieving business goals. Merake Sdn Bhd infrastructure is geared to undertake the most demanding of Industry and our primary concern is on providing economical and methodological approach to the process. With the technologically advanced communication facilities and infrastructure, our development Industry work as a virtual extension of your development environment providing round the clock service and development, cutting downtime significantly

FINANCE

PA. PALANISAMY is the General and Accounts Manager of MSB. He was appointed to the post of MSB since the date of incorporation. He was graduated in Business Studies from Polytechnic Ungku Omar, Malaysia. After being graduated, he worked in little small and big organization to gain experience. Currently, he has vast experience of more than 20 years in the Accounting and 5 years in scrap metal industry. He is capable of managing the funds of the organization properly and investing the fund in a proper channel where the return is higher.

THE FUTURE

Our future plans are to improve our existing quality into a total quality approach in everything we do, including marketing, operations, administration and environment. We also aim to increase both leech sales and leech purchases, ensuring a match between the two; and to secure cost reduction through the continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
